How far in advance do I need to order?
Please order by 11am the day before, but ideally at least 2 days before your required delivery date. Rural deliveries require 3 days notice.

How should I store the cake?
Refrigerate on arrival and consume within 3 days. Remove from the fridge at least 60 minutes before serving for the best flavour and texture.

Can I freeze it?
Yes! Leftovers can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 3 months.

Does it contain allergens?
